I'd also like to note that I've had this problem before and I fixed it by reinstalling my drivers, but the problem has resurfaced once more and I'd like to know if there's any permanent solution to this problem. I've already made sure that my drivers are up to date and that nvidia control panel is using 'High-performance Nvidia GPU'. It was only last month that I was getting an average of 160 fps on max settings, after suddenly launching the game today and hopping into a dm for some warm up, I noticed a severe drop in frames from 160 all the way down to 30 and even 15.
